For hospitals who would like to set up a residency training program:
Medical Health Centers specializes in comprehensive clinical rotation development and medical education hospital management. MHC focuses on quality education and U.S. clinical experience for US medical students as well as International Medical Students who have the authority to be in the USA for the purpose of clinical education. Our goal is to contribute to facilitate medical education for incoming residents, increase patient satisfaction, physician productivity, and provide clinical rotations to medical students. Having a Residency program in your facility will create an opportunity for your talented providers to serve as mentors to our next generation of doctors, which Medical Health Centers would like to partner with you in a shared vision of growth. We pride ourselves in supporting hospitals and medical education as this is the foundation of any teaching hospital.
Unlike traditional federally funded programs which must adhere to red tape set up by the government, our hospital-based clerkship programs would be funded by Medical Health Centers, and we would employ a preceptor model supported by our Teaching Faculty Network (TFN) which are made up of community-based physicians that are dedicated to teaching. We would employ a full academic leadership team as well as a team of clerkship directors to support residents and medical students. Our goal is to set up a residency program within your hospital that would benefit the hospital, patients, residents, and in turn our medical students alike. No funding from the hospital will be necessary.
In turn, the residency program would support the education of our medical students. For each medical student, we would provide all necessary documents to your hospital. We will follow all of your hospital guidelines and requirements, such as: Immunization records, current TB test or chest x-ray if TB test is positive, photo ID, Certificate of liability, a letter of good standing and malpractice insurance so there will be no conflict or additional work at the hospital’s end. Our goal is to make sure there is no burden on the hospital staff for additional paperwork and would even employ a coordinator to handle these files.
We are always looking for a hospital that is motivated in education as well as patient care, so contact us today for more information.

TestimonialsHear what our clients have to say.
Their staff have been absolutely helpful, approachable and responsive to my career questions and ideas and helped to direct me to the best physicians to work with to get the best exposure, experience and stellar letters of reference. They have access to a variety of preceptors with varying types of work schedules, heavy and less so. This provides options for students that may wish to lean more heavily on some types of rotations and electives, and then pull back exposure and focus on book studying for other rotations that are of lower priority. This flexibility allows you to plan out the last 2 years of medical school to maximally prepare for step exams and a career after the medical degree is over.
I would not hesitate to recommend MHC to future students for rotations and elective planning.
"I just wanted to thank you for helping me schedule all of my core rotations. MHC and Shelly, in particular, placed me in the best clinical rotations any medical student would hope to receive. As a Caribbean medical graduate, I was always worried about my clinical training and experience. I completed 5 core rotations with MHC and all of them were great. MHC helped me to get trained under top physicians who are graduates from name hospitals and schools in Chicago and in the country. Shelly was always very professional, organized and ready to work with me finding the best rotations that fit my schedule. She went above and beyond to help place me into OBGYN with a doctor whose schedule is always full. I am beyond grateful. Thank you.
